Making An Appointment
If you wish to make an appointment at Serenity there are two easy ways to do so. Firstly you can call the salon on 01234 328114, if nobody is available to take your call please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Secondly you can send an email to
becki_serenity@hotmail.co.uk. Please be aware that if you are wishing to make an appointment for the same day then you will need to phone.
Cancelling An Appointment
It happens to the best of us, we get it wrong - just do not panic! If you cannot make an appointment please call the salon and let us know. Preferably we need 24hours notice as somebody maybe desperate for your spot!
Your First Visit
Whether it is your first appointment at Serenity or your first visit to a salon ever, then you will need to fill in a consultation form. This is so we can completely personalise the treatment for you. Treatments will be fully explained to you so that you know what is going to happen, but if you have any questions then please ask.
Patch Testing
This is something that is taken extremely seriously at Serenity. Under no circumstances will any tinting be performed unless a patch test has been performed. We only do patch tests using the exact tint you will be having as you can be allergic to any of the ingredients in the tint.
